Daily
Planner
Add tasks with time estimates and priority levels. Check them off as you go. Each day's plan is saved automatically.
About this tool
Time blocking assigns each task or category of work a dedicated time slot in your day, rather than working through an open-ended to-do list. This approach reduces context switching, makes it harder for low-priority reactive work to consume the day, and forces a realistic reckoning with how many tasks can actually fit in the available hours.
The Eisenhower matrix divides tasks into four quadrants by urgency and importance. Research and practitioners of this framework consistently find that Important-but-not-Urgent work — strategic projects, learning, relationship building — is the quadrant most crowded out by reactive tasks. Scheduling that quadrant explicitly is the main practical benefit of daily planning.
